FULL PACK is the program par excellence for those who wish to be part of Reto48 and which is required to start the Reto48 experience.
It consists of 48 days of 60-minute training carried out Monday thru Saturday, at the same time, with the same coach and same group; 8 sessions of aesthetics to help a good functional recovery and three sessions with the sports nutritionist where the objectives are to plan and create food plans monitoring the evolution during the challenge.
Once you finalize the FULL PACK program, you will have the first results and begin to generate better habits, stay with us! Take note of the following programs that you can choose to keep in shape as well as the results of the challenge:
KEEP GOIN´ 48 hours of training, 4 sessions of body aesthetics and 1 appointment with the sports nutritionist.
JUST y JUST+ these are programs offer 48 hours of functional training, boxing and kickboxing; with the difference that JUST + includes also 3 sessions of nutrition.
JUST 3D, the perfect program to keep good habits. 24 hours of training flexible to train when you can and be enjoyed over a period of 8 weeks in the schedule that is best for you… But remember, it is ideal to try to belong to a schedule and have your fixed training group!
