In spite of this, it is significant that nowadays the trend moves more sedentary lifestyle than to maintain a regular physical activity. New technologies and the environment are agents that contribute to it reducing the moments dedicated to exercise and good nutrition, since everything is more simple and accessible. A functional fitness training, supplemented with a healthy diet, largely determines the health and well-being of a person. During the program, which combines FULL TRAINING, BODY TECHNOLOGY and a NUTRITIONAL COACH. IN the AREA of FULL TRAINNING, you’ll take functional training, boxing and Kickboxing routines specific to different parts of the body, for 8 weeks and on a fixed schedule. These are conducted in groups of 12 to 15 people – always the same group – and they are led by the same trainer – coach-. They include cardiovascular work, toning and muscle strengthening, in sessions of an hour (from Monday to Saturday).

The trainer or coach will be responsible for guiding the group in factional training and to the fulfillment of the workouts. He will take the leadership of his team with the aim of creating a community that relies on the achievement of personal and group goals within 48 days.

Routines, designed in a comprehensive manner, accelerate the basal metabolic rate, thus achieving a high calorie burning, a decrease in body fat and an increase in muscle mass in a parallel manner, consuming calories up to 12 hours after completion of the training.

The method, in this first pillar, includes exercises without machines, body and mind being the main machines.
