The pack includes: 48 sessions of one hour of functional training and boxing, 3 sessions of nutrition and 8 sessions of aesthetics that include treatments of thermotherapy, pressotherapy and electro stimulation depending on the needs of each client.
The idea is for you not to miss any class so that you can accomplish your goals, but if you must miss a day the coach will give you the homework to do it on your own or you can join another group as long as the space allows it.
No, the method is very strict because you have to meet the stipulated hours so that you can achieve your goals. In the event that you would like to join a group (always depending on space availability), it will be your responsibility to know that you will not have enough time to achieve your goal.
Preferably you should not perform this exercise unless you have the medical authorization that your cardiovascular problems have already been overcome and you can be subject to heart rate peaks. All our clients declare to be in good physical condition at the moment of signing their contract and it is their responsibility to carry out the training.
